It starts with an interview with the people who run your business.
We interview your leaders to discover what's different about your business, turn that into content that sells, then use buying signals to find the companies who need to hear it, and get them talking to you.
HOW IT WORKS
Right message + right buyer + right moment = pipeline
THE PROBLEM
At any given moment only a small part of your market is actively shopping. The rest have the problem and haven’t named it yet. Most outbound chases the few and has nothing to say to the many. So we go and get the message first, out of the people who run your business. Almost every company has one. Most of them just can’t see it from the inside.
01 · EXTRACT
Most companies have a point of view they have never written down. It sits in the founder’s head, in the way the sales lead handles objections, in the real reasons the last ten deals closed. We go and get it out of them. At the same time we read the market for the companies it now applies to.
02 · BUILD
Then we make the things that carry it. Not content to fill a schedule, but the specific pieces that answer what your buyers are weighing up, written in the voice of the people we interviewed. Plus the unglamorous plumbing underneath - the pages, the CRM, the tracking - so nothing leaks on the way through.
03 · ACTIVATE
Content nobody sees is a hobby. We put it in front of named companies, through the channels their buyers actually use, with the opening line tied to the thing that just changed at their business. Not ten thousand contacts hoping for a reply. The right few hundred, each with a reason.
AND BACK AGAIN
Every campaign tells you something. Which openings got answered, which objections keep coming back, which signals were worth chasing and which were noise. That goes into both halves of Extract, so the next cycle starts sharper than the last one did. The engine gets better the longer it runs.
LEARN FROM THE MARKET
FROM INSIDE YOUR BUSINESS
Interviews with the people who run it. What you stand for, what you've sold, why clients actually buy.
FROM THE MARKET
Companies where something has just changed - hiring, expanding, winning work, new leadership - that makes your problem theirs, whether they've noticed yet or not.
Extract
Both streams, together. What you uniquely have to say, and exactly who needs to hear it.
Build
The content, the positioning and the infrastructure to carry it, written in your voice, not ours.
Activate
Run it in market. Outreach, campaigns and follow-up, matched to the signal that triggered it.
What the market says back makes both streams sharper next time.

Australian labour-hire business
They had an email list and no systematic way to win new employer accounts. We built the targeting, the messaging and the data behind it — a prospect database past 50,000 contacts, Apollo-based account research, and a migration from Zoho to HubSpot with the workflows, reporting and sales process to run it. Then we recruited and ran the research and SDR team that worked it.
Sustained 10–15 qualified sales appointments a week for around three years. Estimated full-year output from new accounts in FY24/25 exceeded 75,000 billable labour-hire hours, representing more than A$5m in gross client billings.
Gross client billing value, not agency revenue or gross profit. FY24/25 figure is an estimate.
Japanese BPO
A newly created international sales effort, and no international-facing marketing of any kind to support it. We built the function from scratch: positioning, website and conversion journeys, HubSpot and CRM infrastructure, thought leadership, case studies, and the campaign and outreach processes behind them.
More than 100 international inbound leads during active campaigning, feeding meetings, proposals and new-business opportunities for the international sales team.
Australian market-research business
Inbound and outbound running as separate efforts, neither visible in the pipeline. We rebuilt the website and landing-page environment, the campaign propositions, CRM and opportunity visibility, analytics and attribution, paid acquisition and the account-based prospecting programme.
Across a four-month measured period the programme generated approximately A$760,000 in identifiable pipeline, including A$477,610 added in a single month. An earlier two-month slice produced 32 leads, 10 meetings and 8 quotes.
Identifiable pipeline over a measured period, not lifetime value of the relationship.
UK contact-centre software developer
Three successive generations of the company website, alongside content, campaigns and launch material for new products, through a consulting engagement that ran from 2013 to 2024.
We hold no surviving performance data from that period, so we make no numerical claim about it. Eleven years is the claim.

Founder, Content2Leads
Recruitment, labour hire, outsourcing and CX are markets where generic B2B marketing tends to fall apart.
The buyers are busy running warehouses, sites, contact centres and commercial teams. They are rarely sitting around waiting for another vendor webinar, gated guide or generic nurture sequence. And by the time an obvious buying event appears, plenty of competitors are already chasing it.
We started inside these markets.
The experience began leading UK marketing for Teleperformance, then its international marketing function in Paris across around thirty operating companies. Since then, we’ve worked with more than fifty businesses across recruitment and labour hire, contact centres, outsourcing, research and technology, often directly with the founder, CEO or commercial leadership team.
That means there is no long discovery phase where you have to teach us how your industry works, and no account manager sitting between you and the thinking. The interviews, positioning and campaign strategy are done by the person you meet.
Around that sits a long-standing group of specialists across design, development, copy, paid media, research and outbound, brought in when the programme needs them.
